About This Paid Research Study

ProSciento is currently conducting a clinical research study evaluating an investigational biosimilar insulin aspart product (I004), developed by Amphastar Pharmaceuticals. The purpose of this study is to compare how I004 and the FDA‑approved insulin NovoLog® behave in the body.
 
Both study medications are rapid‑acting insulin formulations delivered by subcutaneous injection and are designed to help regulate blood sugar. This study involves a controlled 12‑hour euglycemic clamp procedure at each dosing visit to measure how the body responds to each insulin.
 

Screening and all study visits will be at our San Diego area research clinic. You do not need health insurance to participate.

All study tests and examinations will be at no cost to you.

You May Qualify If You:

• Are 18 to 65 years old

• Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs)

• Are a non-smoker for at least 3 months

• Are not diabetic and have normal fasting glucose and HbA1c levels
