About This Paid Research Study

We’re looking for adults with type 2 diabetes who are overweight or living with obesity to
take part in a clinical research study evaluating an investigational study medication called RN3161 in combination with tirzepatide. Researchers are studying whether RN3161 may affect body weight, body composition, and metabolic health when used together with tirzepatide.

Screening and all study visits will be at our San Diego-area research clinic. Transportation can be arranged by and paid for by ProSciento. You do not need to live in San Diego, CA to participate. We encourage those that reside in neighboring cities to also participate.

You do not need health insurance to participate. All study tests and examinations will be at no cost to you.

Researchers are studying different versions of MK-4082 to learn more about how the body absorbs and processes the study medication, as well as its safety and tolerability.

About This Paid Research Study

ProSciento is looking for adults who are overweight or have a higher body weight to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational medication, TIX100. The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of TIX100 when taken daily for 28 days and to learn how the body processes the medication. The study is for otherwise healthy adults who are overweight or obese. If you qualify and choose to participate, you may be asked to take the study medication or placebo twice daily for 28 days, attend study visits, complete health assessments, have blood samples collected, and be monitored throughout the study.
