About This Paid Research Study

The study is researching experimental drugs called trevogrumab and garetosmab in combination with another drug, semaglutide (Wegovy®). This study will be done in two parts, Part A and Part B where different study drugs will be tested. The aim of Part A of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is in healthy people.

Trevogrumab is a type of drug called a monoclonal antibody. Antibodies are proteins naturally found in your blood that fight infections. A monoclonal antibody is a special kind of antibody that is manufactured as a medication to target specific proteins in the body. Trevogrumab targets a protein named Myostatin, blocking its function. Myostatin is a protein that normally acts on muscle and causes muscle wasting. Trevogrumab is being developed for the treatment of obesity.

There will be no cost to you for the study drug, visits, tests, or supplies that are required for the study.
